Habibullah, S.H., M.H.

Someone who is calm, confident, and has a strong character in taking a stand. With a personality that tends to be rational and reflective, he is known as a person who thinks carefully before acting, and is able to defend his principles and positions wisely. His serious but not rigid attitude reflects a high dedication to responsibility, while also showing maturity in dealing with professional and personal situations.

He currently serves as a Managing Associate at the Emiral Rangga & Associates law firm, with extensive experience in the field of law, both civil and criminal. In the civil realm, he handles bankruptcy and PKPU cases, banking, and execution of mortgage rights. While in the criminal field, he has experience in handling strategic cases such as pre-trial, objections to confiscation in corruption and money laundering cases, as well as murder, assault, and other cases.

Outside of legal practice, he is also active in the academic world as a permanent lecturer at the Pelopor Bangsa College of Law (STIH), teaching courses in Licensing Law, Business Law, and Criminology.

His dual role as a practitioner and a teacher demonstrates his dedication and depth of understanding in the world of law, both theoretically and practically.

Not much to say but full of meaning, he prefers to express his qualities through his work results and consistency. His ability to focus, think strategically, and maintain control under pressure makes him a reliable figure in completing complex tasks, both in individual work and in leadership roles.
